Develop a deep understanding of GIPS users and their workflows
Ask effective questions in various situations to gather information and uncover user needs
Analyze user workflows to arrive at clear vision of needs to optimize the user experience
Collaborate with customers, sales, support, stakeholders and development teams to solve problems and design solutions that improve user workflows
Support GIPS by answering questions with high quality responses, troubleshooting bugs, and working on enhancement requests
Perform prebuild testing for bugs and enhancements, ensuring that best practice testing procedures are followed
See projects through to completion, including client facing alerts, QA test cases, internal/external documentation, and any other updates necessary to make sure the project is successful
