Key Responsibilities Strategy Formation & Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor procurement transformation strategies and targets in consultation with stakeholders. Align strategies with overall transformation objectives and share with the CSI team on a 3-year cycle. Regulatory Compliance & Scorecard Management: Lead and manage all BEE compliance activities. Ensure legislative compliance and stay updated with Codes of Good Practice. Calculate and monitor the company’s BBBEE scorecard and prepare verification packages.
