Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily purchasing operations for multiple fit-out projects



Process and monitor purchase requests, RFQs, and purchase orders



Coordinate with project teams for material requirements and delivery schedules



Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials and services



Track orders and ensure on-time delivery to sites



Monitor inventory of commonly used materials (e.g., gypsum boards, tiles, fixtures)



Assist in price negotiations and cost comparisons



Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards



Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and documentation



Handle supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies



Support the Procurement Manager in reporting and planning
