            Job Purpose  To be an integral part of the procurement department to support with the day-to-day activities of the plant operations 
Support the team with all Prequalification related activities along with vendor registration 
Support the team with all Contractor Safety management topics and activities (CSM) 
 Job Responsibilities  Health and Safety  Sets personal examples and acts as role model to ensure a solid Health & Safety culture and implementation of Group standards and policies. 
Create Health & Safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging Health & Safety initiatives. 
Leads by example and ensures a safe working environment for his/her subordinates 
Required to submit Near miss & VPC reports in iCare 
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedure for all relevant operations
