Job Description

1. Hold at least 5 years of work experience in Procurement.
2. Responsible for procurement of company equipment and supplies according to the specifications and price provided by the requesting party.
3. Verify purchase requisitions and compare requested items against master list files for on‑hand items.
4. Conduct price canvass from at least two (3) suppliers when no information is available on the master list.
5. Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; if unavailable, obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items upon approval of the requesting officer.
6. Ensure that items delivered conform to the specifications and quantity ordered from suppliers.
7. Prepare payment of purchased items to Finance upon submission of necessary documents from the supplier.
