DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures assistance to the immediate head in carrying out department tasks.
2. Verifies the details on the Purchase request form for hauling, outsource hauling, or forwarding/courier/ carrier services needed.
3. Process the PO creation, revision and cancellation requested by Implementation and other departments.
4. Planning delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time.
5. Handling customer orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers.
6. Evaluating delivery routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
7. Monitoring shipments, tracking delivery progress, and resolving any logistical issues.
8. Support in coordination with Finance, administration, and other departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors, and full, auditable support documentation.
