About the Role

The Mandarin Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors
• Booking flight accommodation for expats
• Communicate and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in Mandarin and English
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies
