            Job Responsibilities: 

Conduct tactical procurement activities across relevant the company units

Clarify sourcing requests, align and finalize specifications with requestors

Apply sourcing strategies and RFX approaches

Create longlists for sourcing, considering preferred suppliers from category strategies

Manage RFX processes including negotiation and proposal evaluation

Lead supplier selection and awarding decisions

Draft, review, and manage contracts with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Oversee contract sign-off and archiving

Monitor contract usage, expiration, and renewal

Support in claims/complaints evaluation and management

Support commercial aspects of electronic catalogue management

Collaborate with HUB and Global Category Managers

Define and monitor procurement KPIs across all locations
