Procurement Process Analyst
Job Description Summary
Drives the development and controls the implementation of AAM integral procurement processes (systems, procedures, and policies). Conducts periodic audits toward process adherence. Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities. Supports the Procurement community with global procurement needs (as they pertain to processes).
- Develops, maintains documentation, and communicates changes to procurement methodologies, processes, and policies.
- Builds developmental framework to include suggested training and identifying opportunities that are in line with role and career paths.
- Performs procurement audits to ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
- Develops and guides procurement onboarding program and training tools.
- Develops, identifies, and/or conducts global training activities on processes, tools, and methods.
