At least 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising / buying and category management
Experience from hotels, supermarkets/specialist grocery retailers or suppliers is a plus, especially with regards to routine orderings of market list for a restaurant setting
Understanding of Fresh seasonality, impact of sourcing from various countries and product quality will be highly valuable
Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external)
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Familiar with F&B restaurant market list ordering
