About the Role
The Procurement Manager for APAC will lead all procurement operations across the Asia-Pacific region for Teceze's Global Procurement Services (GPS) tower. This includes OEM hardware procurement, software licensing, vendor management, logistics coordination, and procurement process governance. The role is both strategic (supplier relationships, contract negotiation) and operational (order management, delivery tracking, cost control).
Key Responsibilities
Lead APAC procurement operations — hardware, software, OEM, logistics, and AMC
Manage and develop the preferred supplier list for APAC — performance management, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship governance
Achieve best-value purchasing — price negotiation, volume commitments, rebate management
Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle — requisition to delivery to payment verification
Ensure procurement compliance — Teceze procurement policy, financial controls, and approval thresholds
