At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain 
3  4 years management experience and Supplier management experience  
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude 
Sound decisionâmaking in pressured environments 
Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills 
Strong negotiation and supplier management capability 
High attention to detail and data accuracy 
Problemâsolving and solutionâdriven approach 
Clear, confident communication at all levels 
Ability to operate in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment
