Procurement Manager (Freelance – 9 months)

Location: North Chilterns Area, just outside Aylesbury.

Responsibilities

• Procure within a section of works, manage tender, award, and recommendations of works packages and orders.
• Act as the face of EKFB ensuring all communication, negotiations and interactions with the supply chain reflect the company’s values.
• Ensure procurement exercises align with value‑based decisions and not purely lowest cost.
• Engage internal stakeholders throughout the process and endorse any recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver internal presentations to key stakeholders articulating package strategies and award recommendations.
• Assess the capacity of the market during the tendering process.
