This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Johor Baharu. The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support continuous operations. The Procurement Executive will evaluate supplier performance, maintain accurate procurement records, and prepare reports for management review. Daily responsibilities also include working closely with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements, resolving delivery or quality issues, and supporting cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.
