            Job Responsibilities  To be an integral part of the procurement department to support with the day‑to‑day activities of the plant operations. 
Support the team with all prequalification related activities along with vendor registration. 
Support the team with all contractor safety management topics and activities (CSM). 
 Health and Safety  Set personal examples and act as a role model to ensure a solid health & safety culture and implementation of group standards and policies. 
Create health & safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging health & safety initiatives. 
Lead by example and ensure a safe working environment for subordinates. 
Submit near‑miss & VPC reports in iCar. 
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedures for all relevant operations.
