Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for import and procurement activities, ensuring paperwork is filed, organised and easily accessible
Maintain and update internal freight trackers, shipment status reports and import documentation
Support the coordination of import/export processes, liaising with internal teams, freight partners and suppliers where required
Assist with the set-up, maintenance and ongoing accuracy of product data within the internal Product Information Management (PIM) system
