    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for electrical-related products
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO)
  • Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
  • Maintain and update procurement records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. engineering, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations
  • Support cost analysis and procurement planning activities

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internships in procurement/supply chain is a plus
