Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities by issuing and tracking purchase orders (POs) and ensuring POs are sent via email.
  • Coordinate with the store to monitor stock levels to prevent material shortages for the Operations Unit.
  • Communicate with the plant to understand their requirements and maintain an updated inventory list.
  • Engage with suppliers to arrange delivery schedules, address shortages, or resolve issues with missed deliveries.
  • Actively source parts/materials as needed and handle the receipt of goods and system updates.
  • Maintain purchase records, including pricing and other essential data, and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices. 
  • Perform monthly stock checks and manage any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
