The Procurement Assistant drives efficient sourcing and purchasing for technical, operational, and site-based requirements. In this role, you will ensure seamless end-to-end procurement processes, maintain strong supplier relationships, and guarantee the timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) workflows while meeting strict service level targets.
- Conduct market scanning to source, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare precise bid evaluations and commercial comparisons to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor contract renewals, support supplier development initiatives, and resolve vendor or stakeholder concerns.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, trackers, and compliance documentation.
