Role Description
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier selection
Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics
Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Support procurement of IT hardware, office equipment, and administrative supplies.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement reports and update relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, Logistics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT-related roles
Good communication skills in English
