Procurement Administrator
About the role
We are seeking a competent office administrator with excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to support procurement activities across Wagners.
If you have experience in procurement or can demonstrate transferable skills, we want to hear from you.
Based at our Toowoomba Office, this position is offered on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain data in the procurement system including catalogues, items and contracts
Support supplier information (SIM) data and activity
Assist with preparation of Tender and RFx documentation
Assist with and raise awareness on goods receipting practices
Assist with sourcing events
Identify and track project risks and issues as they arise
