Procurement Duties
Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and perform price comparisons
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries
Liaise with vendors on pricing, lead time, and product specifications
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier database
Ensure cost control and adherence to company procurement policies
Administrative Duties
Handle general administrative tasks and office operations
Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & digital)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
Manage office supplies and equipment procurement
Support HR and Finance with basic administrative coordination
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
