Within our manufacturing facility in Wales – Leprino is seeking a Processing Manager to support continued growth across our cheese and dairy ingredients operations. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and build the Cheese Processing Department, covering chilled, frozen, shredded, and diced mozzarella products.
• Guide three direct reports and support around fifty indirect colleagues through clear priorities and open communication.
• Shape daily production plans that balance safety, quality, output, and cost across processing and packing lines.
• Create a supportive, inclusive environment where people learn, contribute, and grow together!
• Write, review, and apply standard practices that strengthen consistency, food safety, and product quality.
