**Job Title:** Processing Associate - Assembly Line

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ginseng Processing Associate to join our team. This role involves preparing raw ginseng roots for packaging through trimming, cleaning, and quality inspection. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care.

**Spanish and/or Cantonese language, preferred.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Trim and process raw ginseng roots using electric or manual shears
+ Inspect roots for quality, removing defects and ensuring product standards are met
