The Process Transformation Associate supports the Americas Finance Strategy Execution and Change agenda by identifying and delivering high-impact automation, simplification, and process re‑engineering opportunities that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the day‑to‑day experience for Finance teams.
This role is an individual contributor on the Innovation and Applied AI team and will work through strong partnership and influence – coaching citizen developers and collaborating with technical SMEs and program teams to deliver sustainable change at pace.
