Process Technician
Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for Process Technician for plant operations.
The role of the Process Technician includes:
Effective participation and contribution in company Environmental, Health & Safety programmes such as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), permit to work (PTW), Root cause analysis, investigation, Waste Management, Emergency preparedness, Risk assessment (RA).
Able to control and monitor process through Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Carry-out a steady and efficient production to delivery product in time and quality.
Responsible to monitor and control process units as per SOP.
Responsible to collect data, identify process deviations and corrective actions.
Carry-out the fine tuning of the whole plant to achieve quality and efficient operation.
Responsible in all process improvements task and projects.
Responsible to collect samples and perform analysis in Lab.
