Job Description
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of customer complaints. Assist the internal Quality Engineering department with inspection resources for accurate defect detection and collaborate with Engineering to improve products and processes. Supervise the development, implementation, and verification of product and process compliance with internal and external quality standards. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive continuous improvement and meet quality objectives. Ensure product and process conformity to internal, customer, and third-party regulatory requirements. Actively contribute as part of a highly integrated product line team.
