**Job Title: Process Operator**
**Job Description**
The Process Operator oversees all aspects of the fermentation process in the manufacturing of yeast, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production. This role involves batch preparation, monitoring and adjusting process parameters such as temperature, pH, and flow, and performing in-house testing in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Process Operator works both in the control room and in the field, supporting utility and fermentation operations while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee all stages of the yeast fermentation process from raw material input through batch completion.
+ Prepare and manage batch making processes, including accurately feeding raw materials into the system according to established formulas and SOPs.
