Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor), supporting clients across discovery, analysis, and value realization phases.
Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines for process mining use cases, including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM, custom applications).
Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards.
Build process models, variants, performance analyses, conformance checks, and root‑cause analyses tailored to customer‑specific scenarios.
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
