Scope of Work: Manufacturing engineering for assigned product (module, sub‑assembly, instrument level) for mass spectrometers.
Product Quality, Yield, and Cycle Time: Lead cross‑functional team to drive continuous product and quality performance improvement (factory yield, DEFOA, warranty/Annual Failure Rate, and production efficiency).
Performs a variety of engineering duties to support manufacturing operations. Provide technical support to day‑to‑day product issues and all product/manufacturing process related issues, including customer quality issues, production line troubleshooting, PCA troubleshooting, and product/part/process change validation.
Maintain & improve product quality. Redesign products/processes to meet cost objectives, obsolescence, and customer requirements.
