            Responsibilities  Hands‑on experience with distillation units/Refinery units (crude, vacuum, or fractionation columns) 
Operate and monitor distillation columns, reboilers, condensers, pumps, and associated systems via DCS (Distributed Control system) 
Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels within specified limits 
Adjust control loops to optimize separation efficiency and product quality 
Should have thorough Understanding of DCS architecture, safety interlock, logic block 
Execute plant start‑up and shutdown procedures as per SOPs 
In case of deviation/upset of process parameters, should have knack of responding quickly to alarms, process deviations, and emergencies 
Take corrective actions to stabilize operations and avoid plant trips 
Lead unit operation/troubleshooting, investigating off spec product generation
