POSITION SUMMARY:The Process Excellence Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, and continuously improving business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience. A key accountability of this role is the development, maintenance, and governance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are clearly defined, standardized, auditable, and scalable across the organization.
The role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate improved process designs into clear, usable SOPs that enable consistent execution and support operational excellence.
