Role Summary

The Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a critical role in supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) and the end-to-end project management of new and existing products within the LS&E Americas Group. This position ensures successful industrialization of new products from concept through full-scale production, while optimizing processes, improving quality, reducing costs, and ensuring on-time project delivery. 

This role partners cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive product launches, scale-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
