The aim is to apply business process principles in the analysis of As Is business operations and the mapping of the To Be business operating models and business process artefacts. Pair with Product Designers (CX/UX), Business Architects, Testers (QA), Business and the strategy-to-execution framework. Drive continuous improvement using data and process mining insights.
