Join the company and help build robust, repeatable inspection processes that support advanced repair operations. In this role, you will qualify, industrialize, and sustain metrology and inspection technologies including CMM, Blue Light Scanning, and Vision Systems. This role will also implement and sustain automation solutions across repair processes. You will work across Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve process capability, consistency, and efficiency in a safety-first environment.

• Qualify and industrialize metrology and automation technologies for repair operations
• Develop, validate, and document process methods, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Support technician capability development, including inspection methods and GD&T application
