Knowledge of Engineering and Technology, mechanical, design, production and processing, computer and electronics.
Technical knowledge on FMEA, FA Evaluation, 8D, CLCA, machine qualifications and QA tools, jigs design and maintenance.
Provides engineering support within the production process including the development of process and equipment specifications, process trouble shooting and operator training.
Monitors the production yield output and establishes countermeasures to further increase the yield.
Provides support in new model set-up and development on production line.
Makes design of jigs and fixtures, and conduct qualification of machine, jigs and fixture that will be used in the production lines.
Initiates and executes corrective and preventive action or countermeasure for problem regarding equipment and process.
