About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will manage all maintenance, Calibration & Measurement (C&M) and energy performance indicators to support the technical services of Jamshoro site.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on compliance, user, and audit requirements.
• Improve KPIs through innovative and user-friendly tools and initiate subsequent actions and remediation plans.
• Ensure collaboration between the business (Manufacturing Performance Units and management), the specific board, and the technical side (SAP software team).
• Define actions to be taken and information to be presented based on the KPI analysis and facilitate meetings and actions involving Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Own the processes for technical tours in MPU and be the key contact for associated technology, IT development while providing user support.
