Key Responsibilities:
Epitaxial Growth: Design and execute MOCVD growth runs for compound semiconductor structures.
Recipe Optimization: Develop and refine growth recipes to achieve precise thickness control, doping profiles, and wavelength uniformity across large-diameter wafers.
Characterization & Analysis: Analyze epi-wafers using Photoluminescence, XRD, Hall Effect, and SIMS data to correlate growth parameters with device performance.
Hardware Ownership: Manage MOCVD reactor maintenance, including seasoning, part changes, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
Yield Improvement: Drive root-cause analysis for defects and implement process controls to maximize High-Volume Manufacturing yields.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Device Design and Fab teams to translate simulation requiremen...
