PROCESS ENGINEER



Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).

1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Preferably with experience in Molding set-up, preparation, and management.

Can handle technician and can make reports of any trouble encountered on daily basis.

Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools, process mapping, and defect investigation techniques.

Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and engineering software.

Licensed engineer is an advantage.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
