Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and troubleshooting
• Design workflows, solve technical issues and work closely with teams to improve quality and efficiency
• Assemble products following Work Instructions and quality standards
• Achieve daily production and quality goals
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Attend training and follow safety, 5S and waste handling protocols
• Support production planning and resource management
• Maintain quality standards through inspections and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in production or assembly, preferably in electronics or sensor manufacturing
• Skilled in PCBA soldering and working with small components
• Experience in cleanroom or ISO-certified environments
