Responsible for industrialization of new products within the costs, timing and quality defined;
Promote the improvement of existing manufacturing processes, with a view to gains in Safety, Quality and Productivity;
Define and design layout and processes, defining working methods, work cell balance, and determination of manufacturing times for new products and production objectives of work cells/lines.
Prepare specifications and documentation for tools and equipment and its operating processes.
Collaborate with all areas in continuous improvements.
Interact with equipment suppliers assuring all requirements are accomplished, including tools, equipment, assembly fixtures or other equipment needed.
Define manufacturing BOM's.
