The Opportunity:

A fast-growing healthcare organization is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to support its expansion by documenting workflows, creating SOPs, and improving operational consistency across multiple locations. This role is strictly operational, with no finance or accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop process documentation and SOPs to support new site rollouts
  • Map workflows for clinic openings, patient acquisition, and service delivery
  • Attend meetings to capture discussions, identify process gaps, and document solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to refine and standardize operations
  • Assist in developing training materials to ensure staff adherence to best practices
