Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Writer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role will focus on the complete rebuild and redesign of all business documentation from scratch, including procedures, user guides, and training materials. The Technical Writer will be responsible for migrating customer-facing content from SharePoint to Confluence, creating a fully structured and intuitive documentation library. This position requires close collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and validate technical information, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with updated documentation standards.
