DEN9 is Launch Bonus Eligible. The bonus is $10,000 pre-tax.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate’s home site to the launch site
Has not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year
Hired within 30 days of first receive (FR)

Collection of Funds: When a candidate accepts an offer with a bonus, it will be automatically paid out 3 weeks prior to their start date

There are certain situations in which the employee would need to pay back the launch bonus. In all cases the bonus will be prorated based on the time in service at the new launch site. These scenarios include:

If the candidate leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the launch bonus.
