Process Analyst / EF / São José dos Campos-SP

You will be part of a Digital Hub within GBS, supporting R&D functions such as Regulatory Science, Discovery, and Testing for our Crop Protection business. In this role you will be responsible for mapping processes and systems, identifying bottlenecks based on performance indicators, and driving portfolio and resource prioritization to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping: Lead the mapping of current processes and systems within R&D and Regulatory Science to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance indicators to pinpoint bottlenecks and constraints in regulatory processes and systems, providing actionable insights to enhance overall efficiency.
