Description
:The Certified Athletic Trainer is a person who in the clinical setting assists with the implementation of specific therapy interventions under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Ensures provision of safe, competent services to all patients/residents in the following age groups within or outside of the hospital:
Pediatric (6 – 12 years)
Pediatric (2 months – 6 years)
Adult (18 - 64 years)
Adolescent (13 – 17 years)
Geriatric (65+ years)
