As an Associate you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle working closely with senior stakeholders on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end deal execution, origination, closing, and portfolio management.
- Build and review complex financial models and valuation analysis.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence.
- Prepare investment memos and IC materials.
- Engage with portfolio companies and management teams to drive performance.
- Monitor existing investments and support value creation initiatives.
Qualifications - 3‑4 years experience within Private Equity (buy‑side essential).
- Proven track record of transaction execution.
- Prior exposure to the GCC market.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
