Support Bankers and senior team members in the day‑to‑day servicing of client accounts to ensure a high standard of client experience.
Assist with account opening, onboarding, KYC documentation and periodic review processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Credit and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and collate documentation for client meetings, investment proposals, portfolio reviews and other client‑related activities.
Monitor and follow up on client instructions, payments and administrative requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures.
Support the team in identifying and escalating operational or compliance‑related risks where appropriate.
