To further strengthen our Private Assets department, we are looking for a Geneva based Private Assets Investment Controller (80-100%).

YOUR ROLE

• Ensure the administrative follow‑up of Private Assets investment funds and mandates
• Collect, verify, and process subscription forms for new investments
• Prepare and release capital call and distribution notices
• Support the preparation of AUM and NNM reporting
• Participate in the production of track records and performance analytics
• Prepare the quarterly valuations of Private Assets investment funds
• Support product launches from an operational perspective
• Participate in the preparation and issuance of client invoices
• Contribute to IT system enhancements through user acceptance testing and validation
• Coordinate with Fund Accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and data integrity
