            The Services required are set out as follows:  Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for mass distribution for staff, students and the Management 
Ensuring the printed documents are of good quality and kept confidential 
Ensure all printing requests are completed on time 
Planning for the procurement of printing papers and printing accessories 
Receiving and verification of deliveries of printing papers and accessories 
First-tier handling of machine malfunctioning 
Collation of all paper according to needs and requests by staff 
Handling of after-used carton boxes and old newspapers 
Maintaining inventory of ink cartridges of various printing machines, includes ordering when inventory level is low 
Able to assist in informing supplier(s) for maintenance/repair works when required 
General admin duties
